Individual Counselling

Each counselling experience is unique, but typically counselling provides a safe environment to help you to understand what is happening in your life.

Your psychologist will use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the obstacle that hinders you from being the best version of yourself.  You will be guided to learn more about yourself and how you relate to others. You will be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour and to better understand your needs all in a safe and private environment.

Couples/Marriage Counselling

Relationship counselling is a type of therapy aimed at analysing and solving conflicts that arise in a relationship.

Our personal relationships enhance our happiness and wellbeing. When we experience relationship problems, the negative effects often appear in other areas of our lives. If you and your partner or another significant person in your life are having relationship problems, counselling might help you manage your situation more effectively. Our trained psychologists/counsellors will allow you a safe and non judgemental space to explore your relationship and develop skills to help the relationship improve.
